The name of the Bentley’s inaugural EV was released on Monday, revealing itself as the Torcal.
Named after a famous landmark in Spain (El Torcal de Antequera), the 2028 Torcal is the first all-electric SUV released by Bentley Motors. Other than the name, length (196.9 in) and range (300+ miles), very little has been released about the car. Only one mysterious image of the rear end has been released. The full reveal is scheduled for September 23.
Bentley is the latest exotic-carmaker to enter the EV space, following Ferrari’s release of the Luce model in May. According to MotorTrend, the car will have two rows and seat five.
